The Stones Are Kept Silent

"What is wrong with the book, Da Vinci Code? I mean, no one knows for sure what happened back then. It is possible that Jesus was married to Mary Magdalene and had a child."

That is some of the talk my ears heard at my day job considering the book, Da Vinci Code. Because of time constraints I haven't had time to read the book so I really can't write a review on it. But Matt Slick from www.CARM.org has. I submit his review and responses to you.

P.S. Why include this on a creation website? It is to put answers in the hands of Christians. People will question the validity of the Bible. This article sheds some light on possible replies you could give those who question you.

When searching for evidence of our past it is important to remember that fossils and the like are not dug up with tags saying, "hi, I'm this type of dinosaur that lived during a certain date." All we get are bones. The best evidence is an eye witness account.

We have an eye witness account, though we have not been given the whole account. In the Bible, especially in the book of Genesis, God has passed down to us how our world began. People will argue that it is not a science text book. I would agree with that statement.

The Bible is God telling humanity what He wants us to know. He passed it down to writers who wrote it for us. What He has told us in the Bible can be trusted-including where he has spoken on matters of science.

Faith and science are mixed everyday with the evolutionists. The biggest leap of
faith is that the Darwin Fundamentalists try to take real science such
as natural selection and speciation and say that proves that we crawled
out of pond scum. The missing link between micro evolution and macro
evolution is still missing. This has been proven many times over by
scientists but of course the liberal media and liberal, anti-God
professors would not have the theory of evolution even questioned. How
is that scientific. Sounds like the emperior still doesn't have any
clothes. If the Darwinists theory is so strong with evidence then let
Creation Science be taught next to it and be blown out of the water. Of
course Darwin fundamentalists understand what will happen. Their very
own theory will and already is being blown out of the water.
